The car-server-app protocol specification has now been published to github. In addition, we have also published the first implementation of the server itself (conforming to the protocol specification using encryption scheme 0x30 - RC4, HMAC/MD5 and base64 encoding over tcp/ip), as well as demonstration car and server test programs.
All the above can be found in the github repository in the master branch.
