I am using an Ioniq 6 in Turkiye and our cars doesnt support bluelink connection.
First I planned to build my own obd-phone device but after finding ovms, I thought it is waste of time to build it again.
I have two questions.. Mostly Ioniq 5 can messages are same with ioniq 6... Does anybody confirm it is working with Ioniq 6?
My second question.. it is forbidden to use unregistered sim modules in Turkiye.. So even if i buy a complete module , due to not registered the imei code will be in blacklist in shorttime.
So I wonder if there is any customized ovms hardware that i can buy without any sim modules installed?
I find there are several sim 4g modules available in turkish market with registered imei as A7682E , SIM7600G, SIM7080G etc, which modules does this hardware/software supports?
Or is it possible to add an external module via usb/serial etc..

OVMS uses SIM7600G module. I guess if the IMEI of the provided module was really blocked, you could solder in a replacement - but that would require micro-soldering skills.
