Does anyone know what specific model/version of OVMS this is? Unfortunately have no other information than this (like, does that serial number indicate whether it includes the roadster cable, k-line board, cellular modem or anything? Or whether it's the v3.3 or a previous version?)

This is a v3.x module built around 2018 with a US 3G modem installed (or at least when manufactured). Only way to know for sure about this (and the K-Line option) is to remove the four screws, open it, and take a picture of the inside boards. The specific version and manufacture date will also be printed on the PCB.
Cables and antenna are separate from the module you are showing. They plug into GSM and GPS ports shown.
Thanks! So that means it's an old modem version (3G rather than 4G), but has wi-fi? Would it not work on cellular since 3G is basically gone? And, K-line I have since gathered is only for TPMS on 2.0/2.5 cars, so shouldn't matter for my 1.5?
