No power from 12V circuit

Installed the OVMS v3 on nissan leaf 2013, but next day there was no connection. After powering device though USB it started working normally. But as soon as I disconnect USB, it goes silent again. I also made sure that there is no problem with 12V and it reaches the circuit board properly. Any clues?

Update

After powering device from USB for one night it stopped working: WIFI gone and USB console was not responding (just blinking cursor). After reset with SW2 it worked for another night and then in the morning died all together and now does not boot at all, reset does not work. Probably something faulty in the chip. Will return the device back to FastTech for replacement.

It's still alive

Connected to USB and I see that it still works (shows up as: Bus 001 Device 011: ID 10c4:ea60 Cygnal Integrated Products, Inc. CP210x UART Bridge / myAVR mySmartUSB light)

However, I am still unable to connect to console.

Giving up...

Tried the "factoryreset.txt" in sd card - did not help as well. File was not deleted after 30 seconds. Will contact FastTech for support and update the thread with the outcome.

It seems I have stumbled into

It seems I have stumbled into the same problem.
The module is not taking in any power over the 12V connection anymore. But when connecting by USB it works.

In my case the module is connected to a 2019 Tesla Model 3 (v.b.12v.voltage 15.13V)
