I'm using Android Roadster Remote 3.03
I did not change the Notification mode, but when I click "Commit" the a dialog box is shown:
Commit this change?
NOTIFIES: SMSIP > SMS,IP
Which syntax is correct?
I believe the old parameter "SMSIP" comes from the user manual page 19:
3) Notification Mechanism(s). There are 4 choices:
SMS to have the module send an SMS message to the registered event such as charging being interrupted occurs.
IP to have notifications received via a smartphone App.
SMSIP to enable both SMS and smartphone App notifications.
- (dash character) if you don’t want any notifications sent
Either should be ok. The firmware just checks for an "S" and and "I" in the string somewhere.
