I've got this early Twizy, which should definitely be tunable. The loading of a sevcon profile is acknowledged by OVMS in the Web interface, but in fact no change in Torque, Power or Top Speed is actually done.
I bought the Twizy used, so I have no exact knowledge of the history, but to my eye, all hard- and software versions are the earliest possible and should definitely do it. Or is there a bug in the current firmware with this HW version? Also manual sevcon tuning commands are correctly acknowledged. I tried it with the Twizy off, to see if an error would correctly occur and yes - that also does work correctly. So I'm wondering what the problem could be. I'm on an OVMS v3 and this is my Twizy sevcon readout:
