Generic/Energica cable buying in the US

Apologies if I somehow missed something, but I couldn't figure out how to actually get the generic cable. The linked US buying option has a couple vehicle specific options for cabling, but none are labeled as generic. I found a number of obd2-db9 cables online but they seem to have different pinouts, not sure which is appropriate. The cable is listed as "OBD-II to DB9 Data Cable for OVMS (1441200 right, or 1139300 left)" on the wiki page. 

How do I actually get this cable in the US?
