My OVMS works fine, but the OBD2 reader, and LeafSpy does not.

My OVMS works fine, but the OBD2 reader, and LeafSpy does not. 

Some pointers what happened. 
Both worked just fine, but I wanted to make two changes:

• connect OVMS to ABRP (did, works fantastic)
• disconnect the TCU for remote lock and AC to work

However I was stupid enough to forget to disconnect the 12V battery (I know, sorry, I always do it) and now there are some problems:

• the OBD2 dongle does not work (I have tried two different ones, which both works previously
• the upgraded CarPlay head unit is rebooting in a loop

I guess I need to reset the Canbus somehow? 
I have tried to disconnect the 12V for a longer time, but nothing has changed. 
(The car drives btw).
