Charge timer disabled by OVMS

I’ve reinstalled an updated OVMS module after a 6 year hiatus.

Goal was to dynamically set the SOC limit and control charging remotely (via home assistant)

just as a test I set the SoC target to 90%.

the charge stopped at 80%. I checked the in vehicle charge timers/schedule, and they were both disabled. I’ve never seen them disabled since I set them up, and it seems odd that the car is nonetheless following them. I changed the timers to 100% and left them disabled and it still wouldn’t charge past 80%. The charge state reports as “timerwait” when this happens.

it seems that ovms disabled them but the car still follows them?

also saw the repeated charge stop cycle mentioned in another post.
